• Use bubble wrap/padding for fragile items and to protect finishes.

• Ensure equipment is secured to skid via bands or ratchet straps. 

• Wrap entire skid with shrink wrap. 

• Use bubble wrap/padding for fragile items and to protect finishes. 

• If multiple items are included on skid, please wrap/box items separately.

I AGREE TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING required documents and Labeling:

• Upon receipt from ASUSA, please print two copies of the Bill of Lading (BoL) – one for your records and one for the truck driver.

• Upon receipt from ASUSA, please print at least 4 copies of the shipping labels.  Attach one label to each side of the parcel/crate/skid.

• Please label shipment with SO/RA number.

• Please clearly label skids with DO NOT STACK.

• Additional freight charges as a result of improper pick-up address, special requirements, truck re-spots, or cancelled pick-ups are the responsibility of the customer.

• Damage due to improperly labeled or packaged goods are ethe responsibility of the customer.
